Shipping costs

Deliveries to customers outside Germany:

The currency of all prices quoted is EUR. The prices include the basic shipping costs. Please note that surcharges apply for dangerous goods. Parcels with hazardous goods are only transported by express to certain countries outside the EU by many parcel services. Surcharges and additional costs may be incurred here, which will be listed separately to the customer.

Dangerous goods:

Packaging and transport regulations apply to alcohol-based products.

Additional costs for international transport:

Austria: 12,00 €

Group 1: 25,00 €:

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain

Group 2: 45,00 €:

Finland, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, UK

Taxes and duties:

All separate costs incurred for shipping declarations, taxes and customs duties are to be borne by the customer. Taxes and duties are not refundable.

Shipment and payment

The purchase price is due upon dispatch of the ordered goods, but no later than 10 days net after receipt of the invoice. Delivered goods remain the property of the KBD GmbH until final payment. Unauthorized cash discount deduction will be claimed subsequently.

Customers

We exclusively supply business- and industrial customers as well as e.g. public authorities and institutions. Delivery addresses may differ from the invoice address.

We on principle reserve the right to deliver orders only after cash in advance.

Delivery:

UV devices and the corresponding test products for small quantity shipments are usually in stock. Larger quantities and production lots on demand will be delivered by special arrangement. The shipping company cannot be freely selected. Pallet deliveries can be picked-up from the customer’s side.

Payment in advance:

We generally carry out deliveries to customers outside Germany after payment. The VAT-ID (UID) is obligatory here. Otherwise, we will have to invoice 19 % Value Added Tax (VAT).
